To obtain a quote, what information do I need to provide?

To ensure an accurate price quote, please provide the following information:

  • A drawing or picture of your sign (preferably a Vector file in PDF, AI, or EPS format, but any image format will suffice);
  • The dimensions of your sign (height, width and depth);
  • The desired lighting effect and material you would like to use;
  • Mounting system specifications.
What is the estimated lead time for your products?

Upon placing the order and approving the final drawings for production, you can expect to receive your sign within 21 days.

However, we recognize that store openings often come with tight deadlines. If you require a quicker lead time, simply inform us, and we'll endeavor to find a solution that works for you.

What guarantee do you offer for your products?

Our signs have a 2-year warranty. If any letter encounters issues within this period, we will provide a free replacement.

Are your products suitable for outdoor use?

Absolutely! All our LumiBloc, LumiMini, LumiChannel, LumiNeon and LumiBulb signs are specifically designed for outdoor use. Along with waterproof Meanwell® transformers meeting the IP65 standard, our signs are fully prepared to withstand the demands of outdoor environments.

Also, you'll be pleased to know that our Neonflex Signs, known for their indoor applications, are also available with an outdoor variant.


What is covered in the cost of your products?

Our quotations include the price of the sign and shipping cost, with no hidden fees. We take care of the import process and handle customs duties and taxes. Everything is included in the initial price you receive.

What are your payment terms?

To initiate production, we kindly request a 30% upfront payment. The remaining 70% is settled upon receipt of the sign.

How are your letters shipped?

To ensure speedy delivery, we ship our letters directly from our factory to you using DHL Express, the fastest shipping method for our signs. Once your sign is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking link, allowing you to monitor the location of your package throughout its journey.

Do you manufacture your products in China? How can I trust the quality?

Yes, our manufacturing operations are based in China, and we have a longstanding experience in crafting signs since 2008. Our commitment to quality ensures that every letter we produce is perfectly illuminated and finished to the highest standards. If you happen to receive a letter with any defects or visual inconsistencies, we guarantee a replacement.
